objects from the collection, and stories about the time. The exhibit includes
life-size stand-ups of Clarinda Copeland, who ran several stores and a rooming
house, and Sam Irvin, Nye Beach developer. Some of the most interesting objects
include a barrel washing machine, an 1894 bay front saloon ledger, maps of the
time, and items used in the Abbey House, and early bay front hotel.
displays include a traditional Victorian parlor, Kenneth Litchfield's law office,
and hand-crafted objects from the Society's collection.
